Step 1 : Train cloaking.
Step 2 : Fit Cloak to ship.
Step 3 : Get to Null Space.
Step 3.1 : Activate Cloak.
Step 4 : Never log off.
Step 5 : Go to EvE Fourms and look at the QQ threads about AFK Cloaks.
Step 6 : Injoy.
Step 7 : Play EvE on your alt account.
Pro Tip, If your Tiered of competing for sites in your Null Systems use a Neutral Alt to AFK camp the system so no one else rats.
Dear fellow NPC corp forum alt,
You are hereby cordially invited to attempt your project in the sunny and delightful system of G-0Q86, located in the friendly, diverse and storied region of Curse. Since this system is the home system of not just one but four* nullsec alliaces, you will get four times the effects for your efforts. I challenge any other system to provide such a return on your investment.
Best regards, and eagerly awaiting your arrival,
*INIT., IM, RDN, Darkside

So did anyone actually do this for even one day or is this thread just great ideas for other people to go "greif" goons with, then have a big happy circlejerk about all the "goon tears" you caused by just talking about it?

Yes, I can confirm that people actually do this. They spend money running a spare computer and a spare account so they can cloak in a system and not do anything. Confident, nay, convinced that they have prevented their enemy from earning ISK. Meanwhile the same players are grinding away PVE content in null on their main PC, ignoring the cloaky alt in their ratting system of choice. So you see how effective it is. Bring neutral alts to the system you rat to make other "felllahs" dock or move from said system is also a current null sec tactic Use neutral alt to cyno/batphone hot drop supers/titans is also done, use same tactics to kill juicy pirate dead space/officer fitted ships is a current null sec tactic. Of course not everyone does it but the number of them doing it is impossible to determinate.
I know it's a "current nullsec tactic", I just wondered if any of these highsec armchair generals had actually even attempted it

Difficult to do whilst AFK and also whilst having no more PvP knowledge than that provided by General Discussion forum memes learned whilst running missions in Motsu
